What are the aspects which had had lead to a change in the detergents market?
Dopo la candidatura online, mi è stato inviato un test dalla durata di 20 minuti con domande attitudinali e di logica/matematica. Successivamente sono stato invitato per un colloquio conoscitivo di circa mezz'ora con domande generali sulle mie esperienze e con un breve case study (interpretazione di dati di vendita, calcolo di market share, etc...). Infine, colloquio con la manager con domande più specifiche sulle mie esperienze e capacità e case study più complesso.

Einladung zu einem Telefoninterview erhalten. Das Gespräch verlief sehr gezwungen und motivationslos, sodass ich selber das Interesse verloren habe dort zu arbeiten. Es war sehr eintönig und auf Antworten wurde nicht eingegangen.

Interview
It was a Skype interview with a recruiter and the trade marketing manager. Mainly behavioral questions based on my past experiences and a small marketing sizing case. I had also the possibility to ask for more information about the position and what would have been my main responsibilities.
Overall it was a good experience.
