Reckitt interview questions

2 interviews in total. First was casual, second was a panel of 3. 2 of the CD’s were nice enough. They’d obviously had a fair amount of experience at multiple agencies and asked relevant competency based questions. The head of design was lack lustre in their approach though. Asked a lot of irrelevant questions like specifics about my degree I did 15 years ago (I mean, really? The world is an entirely different place now) and what fonts I used on a project two years ago. Pretty boring and uninspiring. Not what I would expect from a global head. Overall it was an average interview process. I’ve had more challenging interviews elsewhere.

Very professional. HR informed clearly about the process and gave feedback. The process took 3 months. There was first a background check, then a general interview about personality, motivations, finally a 1:1 interview but a HR person was listening. The HR person was very professional.
