Why? You’ll work with marketing, med info, access, etc. Lone wolves won’t cut it here.
Firstly a 30-minute call with HR for understanding the role and the candidate's background
Then a 1-hour long panel interview with the line manager and the head of the department, this is also the final round of the interview

Question 1
What was the most difficult decision you had to make?
A few critical thinking questions and case studies.
1st interview was very informal and only lasted 8 minutes for me.
2nd interview lasted an hour asking many questions, some being usuall questions like when have you inspired someone then also many questions about projects I worked on at uni and a lot of them relating to working as a team.
Final question was a competency question about if a fragrance turned brown after exposure heat, what would you and what problems could this cause.
