Reckitt interview questions

The interview process was pretty laid-back. They set up a Skype interview and had two groups of three people interview me. Most of the questions were personality and work experience based, as well as asking me how I would handle certain situations at work. Not too bad at all.

first online IQ tests (rather difficult: verbal, logical and numerical reasoning); then phone interview, the last step was AC (10 ppl were invited); they organized ~3 rounds of AC (group case: each participant played a role of a Brand Manager and had to negotiate the budget for their brand; individual case: analysis of sales data with prior preperation (growth, general trends))
