Standard process. The company is very keen on finding the right fit for their culture. The interview will be a mix of CAR/STAR format and general probing questions to understand aptitude, ambition, outlook, goals, etc. Overall, the company strives for a positive interviewing experience without tricky questions or with intent to bury the candidate. Just be straightforward regarding your resume. Have good examples of your achievements and why they are relevant. Understand fully the job you have applied for. Research the company to ask relevant questions (this goes a LONG way!). Understand if there is a fit - do you want to work hard and be rewarded or do you want a steady eddy job? Hint: RB is not steady eddy.

Received interview through university recruiting. One 30 minute interview and then received an offer about 4 weeks later. Since they are based outside the United States, they like any type of international experience through work or studying abroad.
