Classical recruiting process with HR phone screening and interview with the hiring manager, with a really good follow-up during the recruitment process. The questions went from previous experience, technical capabilities and communication in different languages.

Question 1
How do you prioritize tasks when you have multiple customer requests?
I applied online. I interviewed at Reckitt (Singapur) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interviewers are very nice people. It was smooth at the beginning, I got the offer from Reckitt and had rejected another offer from other company. I have submitted all the necessary documents including my latest payslip. But ended up the HR called me that the management changed their mind about this position and had to cancel the job offer. So unprofessional! Please don't waste people's time and effort to find a job. You must THINK and CONSIDER at the first place whether the position is needed in your company. BE CONSIDERATE PLEASE and DON'T GIVE PEOPLE FALSE HOPE!!!
