Reckitt Sales & Marketing Graduate interview questions

there were 4-5 rounds of interviews, starting with telephonic HR, then category, then line manager then director. they asked all details about the education and work experience.situations of leadership and teamspirit. questions were focused towards the brands at RB. Case study was given with 45 minutes to resolve which included P&L calculations and strategic thinking was involved

Initial round consisted of an on campus interview. The interview contained standard behavioral questions along with an analysis of which brands were doing well/not well and why. Second round took place at their headquarters in New Jersey which consisted of an entire day of activities including 1 on 1 interviews, numeracy test, persuasion ability analysis, case analysis and team presentation.
