apply online, get invitied to a pre screen interview, go to the assessment centre (1 day), do ice breakers ,take a maths exam, go on a tour, do a group presentation, carry out 2 interviews, get an acceptance letter
Interview process was quite straightforward and has 3 levels - hr, line manager, senior director. I got quite a lot of situational questions from the global lead. Tough put pulled through.
Received the message through email. Interview via teams with group panel (both are team lead). The panels are friendly and relaxed. The interviews focused on own experience and the role that you applied.
