Reckitt interview questions

2 interview rounds: Recruiter by phone, followed by onsite interview with users. In terms of difficulty, it’s just ok for this role. Been to harder interviews in other FMCG companies. However 1 ick was lack of update post onsite interview - not even a thank-you email as a courtesy. People actually take the time to visit your office for an interview that could have been an video call in this day & age - the least you could do is say thank you. I guess that shows the true color of the company’s culture.

3 stage interview process: 1. Initial HR screening call 2. Interview with Director which includes analyzing and presenting data and questions related to your profile 3. Interview with VP - why work for the company and how you can contribute etc
