Reckitt interview questions

It was a multi-personnel interview with HR manager, Office Manager and the Talent Recruiter. Professional as well as approachable at the same time. I enjoyed the tour of the plant as well.

It started with a phone call from HR. Followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was unprepared and obviously tired (the interview was set in the afternoon). He asked very bookish questions, not exploring my skills and abilities. "What are your greatest strengths? Weaknesses?" You can feel that he's rushing. Oh, did I mention that the initial schedule was postponed, and I was only told about it when I was around 30 minutes in the waiting room? "1st employer red flag." Before the end of the interview, I asked when I would hear from them regarding the results of my application. He gave a specific date. On that date, I asked for a follow-up and mentioned that the decision is still pending. 2 weeks later, there is still no response. Another instance of ghost employer
