After completing the online competency and core values questionnaires, I was invited to the R&D HQ in Hull.
Before the interview I was asked to prepare a 15 minute presentation which contained 3 innovative ideas that used an existing technology applied to the personal care category. The presentation was given to a group of 8 employees who all had questions on the ideas..so come prepared for a grilling!
Then I was given a 1-to-1 interview for competency and technical knowledge which included questions on current RB products, the questions were focused around technical knowledge of the ingredients and claims of the product example provided.
