I applied online and recieved an email a few weeks later asking for a phone interview. The phone interview covered very standard questions, why are you a good fit, etc. It was more laid back than other interviews I have had, and I would contribute that to the organizational culture.

If you could host one RedBull event in your town, which would it be and why?
Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.

Smooth, not very professional though. There were Lots of candidates and there was also a group discussion and team activities. It was held in a hotel with the whole field marketing team present
