On m'a rappelé 24h après avoir postulé. J'ai eu alors un entretien téléphonique d'environ 30 minutes.
Durant lequel ont m'a demandé ce qui m'intéressait dans le poste et en quoi je correspondais au profil.
On m'a ensuite proposé un entretien avec mon futur manager 2 jour plus tard.
L'entretien dans les locaux s'est très bien déroulé. L'atmosphère était détendu. On a discuté de mes postes, de mon expérience.

Ich habe mich online beworbenen und wurde dann zu einem HireVue Interview eingeladen. Lief nicht so gut, hat sich ganz komisch angefühlt. Habe dann 2 Wochen nichts gehört und dann eine Absage.

Processo chiaro e strutturato.
Primo step con screening cv e video interview con domande qualitative sul fit culturale e di background.
Secondo step con hiring manager e hr, anche qui molto incentrato sul conoscere il candidato a livello personale e il background. Tutti molto disponibili, hanno spiegato chiaramente gli step successivi e sono stati aperti a domande.
Terzo step con hiring manager and function manager, sempre qualitativo ma più sfidante, con domande comportamentali. In generale lo step non è stato difficile ma il tempo a disposizione era poco (30 min).

- test personnalité (facultatif)
- entretien vidéo (seule face à la caméra)
- entretien avec la manager + HR
Processus super rapide, très communicatif. Ca fait envie de travailler pour eux, tout est propre cadré.
