Interview
I had multiple interactions with their recruiter and had a preliminary interview with someone from the same department in a sister firm. I decided to stay with my current employer before we scheduled my second interview with the hiring manager, but my interactions with the company were all A-one. The recruiter was highly communicative and transparent throughout the process.

I was asked about my approach to change management and next steps I would take to build the practice.
Had a respectful and straightforward process. The interviwer will introduce themselves, the company and the intended interview structure. Then they will ask you to have a short introduction of yourself. Once the introduction is done, the interviewer will start asking behavioural and technical questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rizing in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process had four steps and the interview with the Service manager was a non-sense since the position I was applying for was for a support role and his questions were focus mor like if I was applying for a customer engagement or relationship role. A company like this must assure the interviewer doesn't have a lack of knowledge on the area they are interviewing :
