I first did an interview with an online video recording system, where random questions popped up and I had a minute to think and another to answer approx. Second round was a meeting with a 3 member panel from Switzerland/Spain and the last one was meeting the global team online

easy going, everything was as expected. the HR asks you questions and you answer them, they dont rush you. but they could have followed up faster after the interview, with their decision
