Ghosted after the final round - no response even after following up multiple times. Especially since I made it out to their office which is 2 hours away from where I live. Not good.
It was a one way video assessment. I was given 90 second prep time and 2 retries. Overall i was asked 5 questions regarding my personal qualities and what i understood about the role.

Interview
The interview process was quite technical and focused heavily on my prior research experience. The hiring manager maintained a neutral and professional demeanor throughout, asking in-depth questions to better understand my past work and problem-solving approach. While the questions were challenging, they were relevant and gave me a good opportunity to discuss my expertise. Overall, it was a positive experience and felt like a fair evaluation of my skills.
