I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Roche (Basel) in May 2023
Interview
I applied at the beginning of April and received the final answer at the beginning of July. First contact by email, very quick and invited to a phone interview with Hiring manager, around 30min. Then, almost 4 weeks after, I was invited to an on-site interview, all day with many person to meet. Very interesting. People very friendly, I was very relaxed. They asked normal questions and I was asked to present a random subject I prepared in advance. Everybody was very cool, and at noon I was invited at restaurant. I had a very nice experience eventhough no position at the end.
The interview process was great. Friendly people. I had two interviews. The first one was with the supervisor and two scientists. The second was with the supervisor and manager. They had already decided that you're fit for the job based on your CV but the interview was mainly to see if you fit the team.
