I applied online. The process took a week. I had a phone interview with the director and scheduled for in-person interview the following week.
Interviewed at SADA Systems (North Hollywood, CA) with 3 people, director and two team members.
He was very polite and nice.

Aptitude test followed by GD and then interview. Aptitude test was very easy. GD topic was globalisation. They focused on guys giving unique points. Interview was more inclined towards measuring your approach in different situations.

The interviewer was very polite and well mannered. The questions asked were of moderate difficulty and well framed.I was also asked in detail about the things I had mentioned in my resume.
