      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SADA (North Hollywood, CA) in Feb 2015

      Interview

The first round was a group interview over Google Hangout. I was asked to create a presentation on why I wanted to work at SADA and what made me qualified for the position. The second round was on site and consisted mostly of behavioral questions. I met with my future supervisor to see if I would be a good fit for the team. This was followed by a quick meeting with HR to discuss the typical HR information (benefits, salary expectations, etc.).

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SADA (North Hollywood, CA) in Jun 2015

      Interview

Comprised of one Skype interview and an in office interview with department head and COO followed by an interview with the CIO. The interview with the department head and the COO was the longest and they asked the majority of the questions. Questions were centered around my personality and strengths that I believed would help me in this position. They also described some of the work that would be expected of me and asked about my interest and ability to complete these tasks. They gave me a few scenarios that would be likely to come up in my role and I had to describe how I would handle them. I also had to describe past scenarios that I had encountered previously in my education or in a former workplace that related to the role and how these scenarios were handled.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at SADA

      Interview

The interview process began with a group interview over Google Hangouts. We were tasked with putting together an impromptu presentation that answered why we were a good match for the company and why we were excited at the prospect of joining SADA's team. Overall, the group interview was straightforward and to the point. Following the group interview, I was called in for an in-person interview at SADA's headquarters. I met with the hiring manager for the team, in addition to one of the company executives. Questions could have been a little more straightforward, but included your standard variety: skills, individual qualifications, what you'd like to accomplish at the company. Overall, a pleasant interview process if you are prepared.
