I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SAP (Sankt Petersburg, ) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was applying for an internship but the HR offered me this position. I was fascinated as this sounded like a great job.
Having arrived at the assessment center, I have found 10 other people who all had 2+ years of experience, most of them with SAP ERP. My resume said clearly that I had only a part-time job that had nothing to do with SAP.
Still, the assessment still was fun and enjoyable, can only rate the participating employees as awesome.
On the other hand, neither of the 2 HRs who I was communicating with before the assessment replied to my emails regarding the results reveal afterwards in 2 consecutive days. One of then took a leave without any notice, although I was expecting to hear about internship selection process from her. Then, the 2nd HR wrote me a generic email that I was rejected. My request for feedback was ignored as well.
I guess it's safe to say that the HRs of the company are just plain bad: they give false expectations, sent a candidate like me to near-humiliating assessment and absolutely refused to communicate in the end. Please consider this when applying for a job in Russia and do not expect much from them.

Question 1
What you did on your last job, about education, travel readiness etc.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
The process took 4 weeks. I've met with the support team director during a career fair. He immediately expressed interest, and the next you know I went thru an onsite interview during the career fair. It was a bit out of the blue an terrifying but it's a method I've not seen anything recruiter apply. After that I've exchanged emails with the same person and he informed me that I should apply for the job posting so I can move to the next round of interviews. in a couple of weeks, I was asked to come to the headquarters office for the final round. I was originally scheduled for an hour of interview but it ran over another hour. Overall, expect an intense technical and academic interview and try to prove that you actually have all the skills you have listed on your resume with a project or side work.
