I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SAP in May 2023
Interview
It was a very reasonable interview process, asking questions based on my resume in addition to some general knowledge questions. There were some technical questions, but not to the level of a software development interview.

Interview
They took 3 months to complete the interview, and they didn't select me after multiple rounds. They didn't even provide me feedback or any reasons for rejection. The recruiter was supportive before the rejection, but after that, they ghosted, which was not very professional.
