SAP Country Consulting Director interview questions

Met with Country head and regional leads, interview started late and I had to wait with two of the interview panel until the whole panel turned up. The first question was "We have lots of great people, why should we hire you " I was surprised given it had been their recruitment who had contacted me and asked me to apply. My answer was "great question, I had actually the same question for oyu when your recruitment lead contacted me to ask me to apply for the role"
