I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAP in Nov 2011
Interview
I attended a campus open house to have talk with managers. Then have 2 on-site interviews. The first with all the team members and manager. Then second time is to talk manager's boss. After about 2 weeks, I received the offer. They confirm that they would sponsor my green card process, so I accepted.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SAP (Bengaluru) in May 2015
Interview
The interview process was very poorly arranged with HR continuously changing scheduled interview dates. Some of the panel discussions was good, but one particular person was very arrogant with not much in depth knowledge but slyly smiling more to prove his technical superiority.
After wasting one full day at their office, no more communication from them even courtesy rejection letter was not sent.
