SAP emailed me shortly after I had submitted the application, the interview was scheduled for the same week the interview was conducted by two staff members, who were super friendly the whole interview took about 30 minutes

Phone interview process. Asked behavior questions as well as business focused questions. Conducted a phone interview with two managers, and they were managers who I would work with. First i submitted my resume online, then 2 weeks later a recruiter reached out and scheduled an interview.
