The interviewer was very relaxed and respectful. They engaged on the interview as if it was a conversation between friends. Furthermore, they gave me career advices as well. This made me feel very respected as an interviewee.

A one-hour interview consisting of a five-minute presentation on the topic: “SAP has taken a suite-first and AI-first strategic approach to future growth. Using a specific industry or customer, explain what value this approach will bring to that industry or SAP customer over the next five years.”
Following the presentation, the discussion focused on my chosen topic and reasoning, my motivation for studying Computer Science, and a series of competency-based questions. The interviewers were very relaxed and conversational throughout, which made for a very comfortable interview.
My SAP STAR interview experience was smooth and encouraging. The process began with an online assessment covering technical questions, followed by a technical interview focused mainly on my project, OOPS concepts, simple SQL queries, and basic problem-solving. The panel was friendly and more interested in how I approach challenges rather than deep technical expertise. Overall, the interview tested communication, clarity of thought, and willingness to learn, making it a positive and confidence-boosting experience & it was resume based and somewhat programming oriented too.gone through every bit of my tech stacks mentioned on my cv.
It consisted of three times first including the online assessment then the technical interview and then HR technical interview included all the questions from DBMS operating system Python Java C++ DSA and the coding question and from the assessment online it was included to coding questions and 10 MCQs and I was not selected
