      Interview

The over all Interview process involves 6 rounds: 2/3 tech rounds 1 non-LOB round 1 senior manager round 1 HR discussion The technical round will consist of questions around the work you have done and what you have specified in your CV. The interviews are very professional and more of a discussion in nature than a mundane Q&A session. You are thoroughly checked for your technical skills/leadership and decision making skills and communication skills. you need to be patient as there might be long period of waiting (2-3 days) to hear from the HR after each round. Also expect a 1-week gap between each of the above mentioned rounds.
