I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Bengaluru) in Aug 2018
Interview
1. Techinical F2F - There was a panel of 2 members. They had a question paper with 4 questions written on it and they asked me to complete any 3 of them. The interview went for around 90 mins.
2. Technical F2F - This round was more into designing. He asked me to design Db Schemas, apps and asked me some basic questions on OOPs and Java.
3. Managerial Discussion - Discussion on my aspiration, they told me about the role I was being hired for.
4. Telephonic - More a managerial discussion again. Asked about my aspirations and why I want to join SAP. This was a little tricky interview. One should be good in talking.
I cleared all four rounds. There was no HR discussion, I directly got the offer letter one fine morning which was way below my expectations.

Interview
The SAP interview process included an initial screening, technical discussion, problem-solving questions, experience-based conversations, and behavioral assessment, followed by an opportunity to discuss role expectations and ask questions with interviewers.
Interview process was okayish, focused on candidates with AI and RAG skills, if you have built projects you have a chance, otherwise you may be rejected after the online test.
It is an in-person interview, which was smooth and conversational. We discussed my background, reviewed my work, talked through role-related questions, and ended with a clear sense of the team, expectations, and next steps.
