      Market Development Representative Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Saint Louis Park, MN) in Dec 2019

      Interview

One of the most smooth interviewing and hiring processes around. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all involved internally. From start to finish, the process took roughly five weeks. It began with a screening call with a recruiter, and followed with an on-site interview a few weeks later, but this was due to a holiday, as well as a relocation that I knew I would be making. The on-site interview started with two managers, followed by another manager, and ending with a MDR + sales coach doing a role play. It felt like a conversation more than an interview across all three phases; everyone clearly led with a sense of comfortability and the intention of a calm atmosphere. My recruiter kept me as informed as could be every step of the way, and did so in a timely manner. She was always available to take calls and field questions/concerns as well.
