I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Shanghai, Shanghai)
Interview
I applied for an intern position, got a phone interview a week later after submitting my resume, and 2 weeks later for the face-to-face interview. in the phone interview it's mainly about soft skills, not a lot of coding involved. I was also tested my English ability (my position was in Shanghai, so testing English speaking is mandatory). The f-2-f interview was a group interview. In the morning it is still about English abilities, some candidates would be wiped out after morning interview. In the afternoon it is about programming(50%) and your business knowledge(50%).

in the coding part I was asked about a SQL question. it is about writing the SQL statement of three joint tables ( I couldn't remember the exact question). I didnt manage to answer that question though.
Two tests before the first interview and after that just one other interview with the team manager to know your strenghts and your knowledge at the support area, In my opinion it is a great interview process
