In the first phase I was interviewed by phone by a UK interviewer. It was a conversation in which I talked about my career and academic experience. I had to tlak about the sales and purchasing process and how we do it in SAP, as our ERP.
After that I was invitted to a Assessment Day that will be tomorrow.
