I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP
Interview
I applied from the job portal.
Interview process started with online test.
After clearing test, online interview was scheduled.
Interviewer was nice and understanding. He explained the job role in detailed and also explained product for which job opening was planned.
Then HR called again for discussion saying you were selected for further process. He asked some very unprofessional questions during this call, questions like my neighbour aunty would ask which resulted in a very bad impression of SAP labs to me.
I have heard similar experience with HR from some other applicants as well.

Whole interview involved only this kind of questions..
I interviewed at SAP (Walldorf, Baden-Württemberg)
Interview
The SAP interview process included an initial screening, technical discussion, problem-solving questions, experience-based conversations, and behavioral assessment, followed by an opportunity to discuss role expectations and ask questions with interviewers.
Interview process was okayish, focused on candidates with AI and RAG skills, if you have built projects you have a chance, otherwise you may be rejected after the online test.
It is an in-person interview, which was smooth and conversational. We discussed my background, reviewed my work, talked through role-related questions, and ended with a clear sense of the team, expectations, and next steps.
