      Intelligence Analyst Interview

      Jul 16, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (New York, NY) in Mar 2012

      Interview

Hiring was two interviews: First interview was with the person who would be my manager. The key was my asking a couple of very specific questions about SAP's portfolio and roadmap. This impressed him enough that he decided to pass me along to the head of the division. Second was with the head of my division. Cultural fit was the key. She sold me on the job. I benefited from their urgent need to fill the role. I emphasized how hard-working I am and how I'm a quick study. I was told she might want to schedule a thirs interview, but she decided to hire me just based on my initial (in-person) discussion.
