I applied in SAP website, and they contact me the next day. The interview was organized two weeks after I applied. It took half an hour. The interview was very informal one.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself. Why Germany? Tell us about your SAP related project. Do you know the difference between Public and Private Cloud? What's your expectation for our team?
It was very detailed and they focused more on the past experience. Technical round was easy, the focused on the fundamentals of React and UI/UX workflows, what tools can be used to document the process.
