HR screening, panel review with multiple executives within the organization and then with the hiring manager. I was asked to provide writing samples. Overall, the interview went as expected no surprise questions. There were a lot of questions regarding my experience to include behavior and situational questions. All interviews were virtual.

The hiring process at SAP is mix of formal and informal interviews . I talked to both panels of interviewers who asked about my past experiences and also folks took me to informal lunch and coffee where they tried to find out more about what I want , what will be a good role for me , etc
