SPAR Customer Assistant interview questions

Asked various questions like why I wanted to work there, when I have shown leadership and why I would fit the role. They also asked when I was free and hours that suited

Very laid-back and simple questions. Aced (as anyone would with the things they were asking) the interview and was offered the job. They said they would bring me in after they had gotten rid of another person (red flag) and I should await their phonecall. 2 weeks pass and I hear nothing so I call and see what's happening, they're still trying to get rid of that employee and they'll get back to me as long as I'm still interested. Long story short, this process repeats a few more times until I get sick of waiting and find another job. Cheers lads :)
