SPAR IT Consultant interview questions

I had two interviews. First was more about my current work and skills and less about the position. I described my role in projects that I work or have worked on. Then they described organization, department and job. Second was more about specifics of work on the position and we talk about salary expectations. After second interview, they needed almost 3 months to inform me about their decision.
