SPAR Retail Assistant interview questions

Applied online - received email inviting me to an in-person interview. I was interviewed by 2 staff members, I think they were the managers. Pretty standard questions, only took about 10-15 minutes. Was told i'd hear back within a few weeks, and I did - I was unsuccessful.

The interviews are very brief and if you know someone who works for the company you have a better chance of being employed.
