Question 1
Have you worked in a shop before? How would you handle a difficult customer?
Was a quick one. Mainly asked about my experience and whether I live close by or not and what shifts I can do if I get the job. Due to my lack of experience in the retail sector, they offered to train me and see whether I'd be able to adapt in their fast-paced environment. A week later after my training, I got the job and I enjoyed working there.
