SPAR Shop Assistant interview questions

Interview with a Human Resources responsible who asked about professional capabilities and psychological aspects of the person being interviewed. Everything in a room prepared for it. The session was only 20 minutes.

Efficient, friendly and straightforward process. Interviewer was helpful and kind, was made to feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole interview process. Would recommend to anyone wanting to work in a customer service role.
