I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SSI Schafer (Mecheln) in Aug 2016
Interview
The company gave me an overview of the main system's architecture so that I could get a picture of how they built their solution. I was shocked to see how much seemingly unnecessary complexity they managed to pile onto fairly simple functional requirements. My 20+ years of software development experience set off several alarm bells.

Question 1
I asked the person giving the presentation why some of their core business concepts were not present in the architecture as classes.
Technical Problem Solving and general questions about my experience. Very respectful H R team. Didn’t take more than one hour and another appointment was arranged. Some S Q L questions were also asked and what I expect as a salary
Told HR that I had no experience with SQL/databases and yet when I went for the interview, they said it was no problem, then when I went for the interview, half the questions were literally straight SQL questions.
