Didnt even have the decency or respect to get back to me despite numerous follow ups.
Completely ghosted, dont bother.
Hiring manager said i sounded too nice, could i deal with their customers?!

Muy agradables tanto la recruiter como los dos managers que hicieron las entrevistas. En mi caso fueron 3 pasos. Sabian la información que querian sacar del candidato y fueron sinceros sobre expectativas del rol. Luego recibi una llamada informandome sobre la decision, no tuve que esperar demasiado, consideran el tiempo del candidato.

Todo fue bien, tuve que pasar 4-5 entrevistas con varios manager y con RRHH. El proceso fue lento, como en casi todas las empresas tech.
Los beneficios sociales no son demasiados. La presión en la parte de ventas es alta.
