I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
60 min Google Meetup with technical questions which went 90+ minutes. Followed up with an onsite interview including technical/personal with a number of people including a group panel. The final interview was with the VP. Very enjoyable, professional exchange throughout the entire process. One of the better interviewing processes i've seen. Was very impressed.
I wish other companies took the amount of effort and care they did working within my schedule and availability. Process was smooth throughout. Looking forward to starting.
After the application stage, I had to record timed responses to several questions, which we had 60 seconds prior to answering to plan. After that, we moved onto the final stage which consisted of an assessment centre with group-based activities and personal interviews.

Question 1
Questions were mostly based on your CV and past experiences. One was why should Sage hire you.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
I had applied to position A. After a week, I got interviewed by the HR but then was asked whether I'd be interested in another position. I said yes. After another week, I get a call for position B but instead of the regular Q&A process, I am asked whether I have any other proof-of-work from my experience at a company 4 years back. Obviously, that was a ridiculous ask, especially because I am doing MBA. Still, I said I'll try my best to obtain. And that was it! That was my interview. After I managed to obtain something relevant from my archive and sent it, I got a reject within a few hours. I was not tested on my knowledge and skills.
