Sage interview questions

I was called in for a series of two interviews, one with just queations and answers. The second interview required a presentation. The presentation went well and a q and a followed it. The interview panel were friendly yet professional and friendly and asked probing questions. The overall impression was good.

Contacted by recruiter who performed an initial phone screen and then a week later I was given an in-person interview with two managers. During the interview I was asked about my past work experience and also asked if I had specific skills relevant to Sage. The questions were fairly standard but during the interview it became apparent that they had very specific criteria that they were seeking in a candidate and I do not feel that my background matched their expectations.
