I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (San Jose, CA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Two intial phone interviews with the recruiter and the hiring manager. Two onsite interviews with 4 interviewers each session. I did not have referral or much background on the role, company and the team. I have asked many questions about company culture, gowth and how I can provide my knowledge to grow with the team and the company
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Sage (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview process for me consisted of a phone call with the recruiter, then a phone call with the hiring manager, then an in person interview on site with 6 people back to back. Everyone was very nice and didn't ask those tricky nonsense questions some interviewers ask. The phone call with the manager was to asset my skills for the roll and the in person with the team and members of other teams that work closely with the roll to see if your personality will be a good fit with everyone.

Interview
There were a number of calls, along with an on-sight visit and final video call. I was thoroughly impressed throughout this whole interviewing process and would highly recommend Sage Intacct! I could not be happier with my decision to join the team!
