Interview
The whole process took 6 weeks aprox. I was reached by a recruiter vía LinkedIn (due to employee referral), then had a first interview by phone (20 min.) Afterwards, I had a face-2-face interview (75 min. aprox), panel exercise (60 min. in total) and final telephone conversation with SVP (15 min.). I liked especially a second interview (face-to-face) and panel exercise, although it is not easy and you must prepare it well.

Question 1
What does success mean to me? (after a panel presentation)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process was seamless and positive. I had a phone interview with a junior HR rep, followed by a phone interview with a senior HR rep. After those I was brought in for a panel interview with two of the hiring managers. Finally, I was asked to give a presentation with a QA infront of a panel of four hiring managers. the questions were typical, as they included a "walk me through your resume" and some direct sales questions (i.e. "What would you do if the customer said X"). The interviewers were all respectful of my time and ask questions relevant to the role.

Question 1
How has your current role prepared you for a job at Salesforce?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
Clear and defined - very "what are the next steps" oriented. If coming from outside of the industry, be prepared to translate your success into their language. Over all the recruitment team is very professional and capable of answering all questions; make sure you ask a lot! They like curious people. The final presentation was the most difficult part of the process; it will test your ability to handle pressure and objections.
