Salesforce Account Executive interview questions

Behavioral interviews. Started with 30 min with recruiter, then met with the hiring manager, had 1 hour long panel interview, presented a presentation, then had final interview. The recruiter became my interview coach which helped me throughout the entire process. I felt very prepared for each interview.

Long, bad on time, not clear. Repeating the same part of the process several time cause of misunderstanding between the recruiters they are constantly creating a candidate pipeline, but no real need, massive hiring, massive layoff.
