I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2018
Interview
Screening phone interviews with an internal recruiter followed by in person meetings with sales management. Inaccurate and limited feedback given afterwards by the recruiter which made for a poor experience and little reason to recommend to others.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview process went quickly, with an initial phone screen with a recruiter followed by a phone screening by the hiring manager. This was followed by two stages of in-person interviews with various levels of management.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Sep 2022
Interview
Three rounds of interviews:
- Recruiter screening
- Interview with two managers
- Presentation to the same two managers
The hardest part was the presentation, as you will present your Bio, a deal that you closed, choose an account and present one of SF products, and Plan for your territory.
Interview screening: Normal interview questions tell me about yourself, why you are interested in SF, biggest achievements.
Managers interview: You go through each role with details about your activities, targets, and achievements in numbers. The managers will ask questions, you should expect unexpected questions to think on your feet for example what type of challenges are start-ups facing or which sector is thriving in the territory you will be managing and why?
Presentation: while you go through it, they will ask different questions such as: how do you achieve all these numbers? What is your strategy? How did you handle requests for a discount from the client? What other SF solutions can you sell to the same client? What makes SF different from other competitors? How would you manage a book of 1000 clients?
