I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Barcelona) in Sep 2021
Interview
First round phone call. Very casual and more just to see a fit culture-wise. Call lasted only 20 minutes and was immediately told that the next round will be scheduled soon

Question 1
Why Salesforce? Why this role? Why the tech industry?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Salesforce (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2020
Interview
First I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening. Then I was asked to speak to someone on the team via video call. He liked me, so I was moved on to the final round where I went into a Salesforce location and had one in-person interview and the other 2 were done via video call while I was in the building.
Now this was not a typical hiring process. I had originally went in to interview for a Process Analyst, but they chose another candidate. However, after the interviews, the recruiter got back to me and told me that the team really liked me and if I was interested, another position would be opening soon. After staying in contact with the recruiter she let me know at the beginning of January that the position would be opening soon and she would like to schedule a phone call with a different hiring manager than I had originally interviewed with. I spoke with him for about 30 minutes one time. About a week later they notified me I had the job.
This whole process started at the beginning of November 2019 and as of the end of January 2020 I have accepted my offer for a Business Analyst.
It was a bit frustrating at times because I knew how badly I wanted to be a part of Salesforce, however I remained patient because I knew they had to wait for the new position to be available. The recruiter was very nice and stayed in constant communication with me and answered all the questions I had.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most of the questions were fairly simple. They didn’t ask anything crazy. Most of them were centered around trying to decide if you would fit into their culture. Each of the 5 people I talked to all asked the same question which was “Why Salesforce?” The interviews were honestly some of the easiest I’ve ever had.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Jul 2019
Interview
Recruiters did a great job in arranging the interviews and are prompt with their replies.
Interviewers were all very friendly and went in-depth with their experience and the job scope.
Great company, and I cannot wait to start.
