I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (London, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
3-stage process;
1. Screening Interview with the Recruiter outlining job spec, salary band, & generally seeing if you are a good fit for the role & company.
2. 1hr video call interview with 2 of the department managers. Questions around what you know about the company, the role you're applying for, as well as your CV, your achievements & usual interview questions.
3. 2 hr meeting face to face. 1 hr presentation. 30mins interview with Senior Manager & 30ins Q&A with members of the team.
Very thorough & supportive recruiters. I was surprised at how many touchpoints & how much contact I received from the recruitment team. They offered help in interview prep, offered presentation review etc. as well as continuous updates.

Question 1
What is the risk for them in hiring me for the role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce
Interview
I thought the interview process was explained well. The recruiters are very accessible and over-communicated along the way which is a great thing. We had a phone conversation leading up to the in person interview where I could ask questions and they sent out a long email with details about Salesforce, the position, and the products. There really are a ton of resources to prepare you i.e. Youtube videos, demos, and the training modules. If you take a look at most or all of them, you'll be well prepared. I didn't have to do any mock cold calls. The manager wanted to make sure I was a good culture fit. The second part of my interview was with three current team members and they were really nice. Make sure you come with insightful questions to ask the manager as well as the current team members.

Question 1
How would you narrow down a list of 1000 leads to determine which ones are worth pursuing?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Sydney) in Jan 2019
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and we had about a 30 min chat. I was then set up to have a 1 hour interview in office with a hiring manager, a few days later was asked to interview again for another hour on site with another manager. I was then asked to have another 1 hour virtual interview with another manager. I was finally asked to create and present a 1 hour presentation about my professional background, and what I knew and could bring to the role. This was live and in front of 3 in person managers and 2 virtual managers. I was offered to position about a week later.
