The recruitment process began in June, and I had a total of four interviews. The first two were with HR to understand my current situation and assess if I would be a good fit for the company. The remaining interviews were with managers I might potentially work with. The managers were quite friendly, and overall, the recruitment process went relatively well.
The only downside to all this is the lack of respect for the candidate in terms of response time. Two months have passed, and I still haven't received any feedback—not even a summary of my last interview, which took a lot of time to prepare.
It's disappointing that a company like Salesforce would be so inconsiderate in this regard. When starting a recruitment process, it would be best to set clear expectations for both the candidate and the company regarding timelines and outcomes.
